Museum London is proud to introduce the Centre at the Forks, a place that will inspire the community through art, history and technology.
This renovation reimagines the Museum and will see us:
- Double the amount of programming space to 4,400 square feet
- Create a flexible space to accommodate a wide array of community programming
- Offer visitors new media experiences to increase understanding and connection with our visual landscape
- Connect the Museum to the river with an expansive, two-story glass wall
- Construct an outdoor terrace for events on the river side of the Museum
- Become accessible for all by installing a passenger elevator
The Campaign
To make the Centre at the Forks a reality, Museum London is launching a $3.5 million campaign.
The Building Fund of $2.5 million is for a space offering innovative programming that is:
- Functional
- Flexible
- Fully Accessible
The Endowment Fund of $1 million will prove a continuing source of income to support annual operations of the Centre at the Forks.
